Kayla VanGelder is the owner and visionary behind Elite Nation Wellness. A born-and-raised Cape Cod resident, mother of three, and passionate leader in the wellness space, Kayla is deeply committed to creating an environment where every client feels supported, challenged, and genuinely cared for. Her mission is simple yet powerful: to ensure that every person who walks through the doors leaves feeling better—physically, mentally, and emotionally—than when they arrived.
With a hands-on leadership style, Kayla leads a dedicated team of instructors and wellness professionals who share her belief that true transformation happens when strength, movement, recovery, and community come together. Under her guidance, Elite Nation Wellness has become a space that feels both elevated and welcoming—a place where people of all fitness levels can grow, reconnect with themselves, and build sustainable, long-term wellness.

About Elite Nation Wellness
Elite Nation Wellness is a boutique fitness and recovery studio located on Cape Cod, Massachusetts, offering a comprehensive approach to health and movement. The studio provides a wide range of services, including group fitness classes; small-group and private training; yoga; indoor cycling; barre; Pilates-inspired strength training; 3D body scanning; infrared sauna; cold plunge therapy; compression recovery; open gym access; and wellness retreats. Originally operating as Wellbeloved Wellness, the studio has a long-standing presence in the local wellness community. Kayla began working at the studio in 2016 and, after more than a decade of experience within the space, purchased the business from the previous owner in 2022. Following the transition, she rebranded and completely revitalized the studio—expanding services, upgrading equipment, enhancing recovery offerings, and reimagining the overall client experience. Today, Elite Nation Wellness reflects that evolution: a modern, thoughtfully designed wellness destination focused on strength, longevity, recovery, and community.
